The Franti’s Leadership Model

When a member of a group does not follow the same procedural method, does not use the same buzzwords, speaks using categories, subjects, terms, non-standard disciplines, does not imply that there is only that particular way to do the things, the rest of the members suspect him and ends up cataloging it as different: usually a character who tends to the opposition, a "damper" or a "slacker", an opportunistic "cunning".
The fault is not only of Franti, but eventually even too much of the other: the problem is just not to realize that those who think differently should not scare because it calls into question implicit security of low consistency, but may possibly stimulate to take considering the variety of experiences and possible solutions to live better.
